Producing large quantities of safe, delicious meals requires advanced techniques. Luncheon Star adopts advanced Cook-Chill technology, rapidly cooling cooked food to below 4°C to maintain freshness. Stored in alarm-equipped refrigerators, meals are protected from unsafe temperatures, reducing bacterial growth and preserving nutrition and flavor.
Our robust transportation network delivers meals via refrigerated trucks to district heating centers. After heating, meals are placed in insulated Food boxes and delivered to schools within 30 minutes, ensuring meal boxes remain above 60°C upon reaching students. Cook-Chill technology, ideal for preparing large volumes quickly, keeps meals fresh, nutrient-rich, and high-quality.
